Strev Character

Strev is 5% alcohol and only natural sweetness. That lack of added sugars make it comparable to grape juice with a little bit of alcohol.

Lightly sparkling wine with intense aromas of ripe yellow peach, sage and orange blossom.

The aromas carry over to the tangy, foaming palate along with blood orange and lemon drop candy.

Vibrant acidity and energizing mineral notes keep it fresh and balanced.

Strev Pairings

Italians can’t miss a bottle of Strev with their Tiramisu, their Panettone at Christmas, or their Birthday cake.
 
In Piemonte Strev is always part of our Merenda Sinoira, a sort of brunch where a mix of savory and sweet foods are served.
 
One of our favorite snack with Strev is bruschetta with with salted anchovies and butter.
 
Strev is also a good aperitif. In French Côte d’Azur Strev is served with fried sage leaves and shrimps 
 
Last but not least try Strev with Sushi and spicy Asian food

Strev Serving Suggestion

The elegant light bubbles of Strev should be enhanced with a proper glass, never too small, or with the traditional Asti cup for a vintage touch. 
 
Make sure you store your bottle in a cold dry place to preserve the bouquet of aromas. 
 
Refrigerate Strev before serving to 40°F (6°C) and use a ice bucket wether available, specially if you enjoy Strev by the Pool or outdoor in gereral.

Strev WineMaking

The grapes,manually selected and harvested at the beginning of september, are softly pressed and naturally clarified.
 
The fermentation takes place in pressurezed stainless steel tanks and is interrupted thru filtration when reaching 5% alcol,  a delicate perlage and a nice natural sweetness balanced by the unique freshness.
